Kongthai Property Co., Ltd. was established in Bangkok. In 2004, we decided to start our project to provide Thailand property investment services for Hong Kong people. Our staffs in Hong Kong and Thailand, who are professional in real estate investment that we do understand Hong Kong people’s needs and familiar with the culture, property trend, city infrastructure, government development policy and domestic politics in Thailand, can bring a wealth of experience to your investment.

5) Administrative and document
▶ As you know, a lot of documents and contracts are required to be gone through and signed before buying a property. We can certainly explain it to you and translate it in English or Chinese if you need. And we will provide you with our professional advice about the contract terms.
